    These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Baron BuildProfessor, also known as Baron The Build Professor, including baronbp.com, digital products, AI chat features, educational content, community experiences, and related services. By using the service, users agree to these Terms.

    Educational purpose

    Baron BuildProfessor provides educational construction, engineering, architecture, and building intelligence content. The service is intended for learning, professional development, research, and general guidance. It is not a substitute for licensed engineering, architecture, legal, financial, safety, code-compliance, or site-specific professional advice.

    Accounts and access

    Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and using the same email address for checkout and account access where required. We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, security attacks, or violations of these Terms.

    Purchases and subscriptions

    Digital products, subscriptions, and paid access are processed through Polar and its payment partners. Prices, billing intervals, access periods, and included features are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. Users are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing payment.

    Refunds and cancellations

    Refund eligibility may depend on the product, subscription type, access status, and applicable payment-provider rules. Users may contact us at baron@baronbp.com with the purchase email and order reference for support. Subscription cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly approved.

    AI chat and generated content

    AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in real projects, construction decisions, design work, procurement, safety planning, or compliance decisions. Users are responsible for verifying outputs and applying local codes, laws, standards, and professional judgment.

    Acceptable use

    Users may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape or copy protected content, bypass access controls, harass others, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private systems, or use automation in a way that overloads or abuses the service.

    Intellectual property

    Baron BuildProfessor content, branding, text, graphics, videos, product materials, course materials, AI workflows, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased or free content for personal or internal professional learning only.

    Prohibited redistribution

    Unauthorized copying, resale, public reposting, credential sharing, mass downloading, scraping, training of third-party AI systems, or redistribution of paid content is prohibited unless we provide written permission.

    Third-party services

    The service may connect to third-party platforms for payments, authentication, email, analytics, social publishing, hosting, and other operations. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

    Disclaimers

    The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case. Educational content may evolve as products, codes, standards, and platform rules change.

    Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baron BuildProfessor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or project losses arising from use of the service.

    Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms.
