Refund Policy

If you paid successfully but did not receive access, contact support immediately. We will reconcile the order and restore access or refund the purchase if access cannot be delivered.

Digital book purchases may be eligible for review within 7 days when there is a duplicate payment, technical delivery failure, or incorrect product access.

Refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment method and bank.
